Sea TREK Helmet Diving is popular water activity on various destinations and now also in Curaçao! Have you always been curious about the underwater world and want to experience this up close with your own eyes, then this is the perfect introduction. Here is your chance to have your very own underwater experience that allows you to walk underwater reaching a depth of 7 meters.
Walking underwater for about 35 minutes together with an experienced dive instructor, you will encounter spectacular sea life in their natural environment with a specially designed helmet! Sea TREK is the ultimate underwater experience for non-swimmers and without any scuba gear. It is all about enjoying sea life by walking and breathing underwater. This tour is available every day, starting at 08:00 am onwards at the Pier of Marie Pampoen.

Love water, but can's swim. Just do it!
I love the water but I can’t swim. I’ve seen this water activity in other resorts as an excursion but wasn’t sure if I wanted to do this. I decided why not today, right?! So happy that I did this. This was a 15-20 min ride to the facility from Sandals. Don’t bring too much with you since they didn’t have lockers for you but they did lock your personal belongings in a bin. Don’t expect anything fancy for this excursion. The guides were excellent and friendly! You might think what were you getting yourself into, looked sketchy. The facility is not in a building, you gather outside near water. They gave you water shoes aka crocs to wear into the water. They will have you sign some paperwork and do a brief orientation to the trek. Once you are in the water the helmet weighs about 53# on your shoulder and they guided you every step of the way. The deepest you would go is about 20ft. They take videos and pics with the GoPro. If you want the photos and videos, it’s $50 definitely worth it! The location and didn’t have the ability to take payment or the ability to see the photos before buying. I was a little wary but then again I asked myself then why would a big name resort allow to partner with them if they didn’t do good business, right? We didn’t have cash on us, when he took us back to the resort he waited in the lobby. We tipped him and team and paid for our video/pics. We waited for three days and we received the drop box link to our pics! Way better price than what the resort charges for their pics. We totally recommend this excursion. I would do this again!

Great views of fish and coral. Friendly attentive staff who made you feel welcome and safe. This piqued my interest in scuba diving and took a class the next day
