What to do when you need to cancel or amend your booking?
While travelling, things can change unexpectedly. We fully understand that and will do anything to help you amend your booking and reschedule if possible.
Most tours and activities can be cancelled or changed without extra charges unless stated otherwise on the voucher. These policies apply:
• Cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the activity or no show without a valid reason: no refund. In case of illness we will need a valid doctors note.
• Transfers are refundable up to 24 hours before pick-up date.
