Diving: Terms and Conditions

The Medical Statement has to be filled out prior to starting a diving course in Curaçao. With your signature, you affirm that you are healthy and fit for diving according to the guidelines. If you have answered any question with “yes”, in addition, you have to bring a special medical statement, signed by a doctor, stating that you are fit for diving.
